The layoff period to be compensated to permanent contract workers who have been laid off for objective and subjective justified reasons and who have at least one year of contributions paid on record with the company, established by the AGRI.BI Management Committee, was further extended to March 31, 2016.
The integrative benefit is equal to one monthly table wage related to the contract level of the employee. The petitioner may submit a request with form available online, attaching a copy of the letter of dismissal, a copy of the last pay slip with date of severance and a copy of the UNILAV dismissal form. Requests can be sent by mail, fax, registered mail or delivered by hand by 31 May, 2016. The performance will be settled after verifying the regularity of contributions by the employer.
